At Agomos, we offer quality flower and customer satisfaction. The return policy is simple and clear. Since we do operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, we handle return process very strictly to serve your concern.
1. Eligibility for Return
If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know immediately after delivery. We shall accept returns under the conditions that:
- Flowers was damaged on delivery or of poor quality compared to our promise
- Wrong item and arrangement delivered
Returns or complaints should be made at the point of delivery for us to immediately address the concern. Because flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns once the delivery is completed and accepted.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Resolution Process
We accept the following solutions once the return is processed:
- Replacement with an entirely new bouquet.
- Refund of the order amount if a substitute cannot be provided.
Cash-on-delivery orders can be refunded through bank account at the return time or scheduling future orders.
4. Non-returnable Items
Flowers have such an obvious quality that certain items can never be returned. These include:
- Custom-made floral arrangements specifically for you.
- Any perishable items for delivery, like hampers or gifts.
5. Cancellation and Refusal of Delivery
