As flexible and convenient as we can be on Agomos, there is no such thing as a cancellation fee since it is only cash-on-delivery. Please refer to our simple cancellation guidelines listed below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customers
You can cancel your order anytime without further charges. We humbly request that you let us know as soon as possible:
- For standard order cancellations, up to 24 hours from delivery time will still be honored without penalty. Please note that however, we appreciate receiving advance notice, if at all possible.
- Orders placed for same-day delivery are almost impossible to cancel after acceptance, unless there's a true need for urgency. We would be glad to hear back from you to see if an accommodation can be made on the order.
2. Custom and Bulk Orders
In case of orders of more than 50 pieces and for special orders like events and weddings, you can cancel up to 5 working days prior to delivery without penalty. However, if cancellation is to be done within 5 working days of delivery, we will accept the request without any charge, but that is provided with advance notice.
3. Cash on Delivery Terms
Consistent last-minute cancellations or refusal at the time of delivery can be a constraint on future services.

5. Non-Cancellable Items
Some items - such as personalized flower arrangements or perishable goods - cannot be cancelled due to their unique character.
6. Agomos's Right to Cancel
We may cancel your order at our discretion (for example if we can't find the flowers or something goes wrong that we could not have foreseen). We will confirm your order is cancelled and we will offer you alternative options or reschedule the delivery free of charge.
